The following rules and instructions are deemed to be
part of and incorporated in the agreement between the exhibitor and the
Association:
1. SHIPPING DIRECTIONS: table equipment and service forms and other
pertinent information will be
sent upon receipt of signed contract.
2. INSTALLATION AND
DISMANTLING OF EXHIBIT: Exhibits must be fully set up by 7:45 am on Wednesday, May 23rd, 2012. Dismantling may commence Thursday, May 24, 2012 at 1:15 PM.
3. RESTRICTIONS: All decorative materials shall be
flame-proof. Exhibits must not obstruct the view or otherwise interfered with
other exhibits. No space or any part thereof shall be assigned or sublet
without written consent of the Association. Noisy exhibits or those in bad
taste will not be permitted. All aisle space is under the control of the
Association and shall not be used for exhibit or demonstration purposes. The
Association reserves the right to remove, relocate or eliminate any
objectionable exhibits, persons, advertisements, or any other feature or action
which does not conform to the high standards of the Exhibition. No attachments
are to be made to the building or table rental equipment without written
permission from the Association and the Hotel management. See the Hotel manager
for any assistant required in connection with this ruling.
4. LIABILITY: The Association
is not responsible for any injury to any exhibitor or to exhibitor’s employees
or property or for loss by fire, theft, damage, delay or any case whatsoever,
while exhibits and merchandise are in transit to or from the building or while
in the building.
5. TERMS: Check in full for
the rental of exhibit space is payable with signed contract. Checks should be made payable to the NJAFPA.
Space will be assigned on a first come-first served basis. If space is not
available you will be notified and payment will be reimbursed with
notification.
